Roasted "Purple Haze" Asparagus

Ingredients:

Asparagus
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Prepare by rinsing and cutting or simply snapping off the ends where it naturally snaps.

Preheat oven to 375. Lay asparagus out on a baking dish, and sprinkle with a dash of balsamic, extra virgin olive oil , salt and pepper to taste.

Roast for 5- 10 minutes, until you can smell the fragrance. Then it's done.

Serve. What could be easier? Be careful not to overcook.

Notes:

I used purple asparagus in the featured images. Any asparagus will work just fine.
